Working on an article now, but as it's not Easter related, I wanted to wish all who celebrate it much lamb leg and dyed egg. Speaking of which, if you'd like to share your Easter Egg masterpiece with your fellow man, snap a pic and send it to me. Will post 'em tonight/tomorrow.

I think I may have an idea what this article is ;-)

I'm going to be at my folks' for most of Easter, so I hope all of you who celebrate it have a great day. Easter is actually a pretty big deal in Wildwood, NJ, for one reason - the boardwalk officially "opens" (at least on the weekends).
I dyed eggs with my mom, sister, and brother for the first time in years. I didn't inherit their artistic talent; most of my eggs were either one very bright color (from soaking too long) or sloppy attempts to imitate Mom's rings and two-tone and double and tripe colors.

Starwenn, you so gotta give me the scoop on Wildwood. Haven't been there for two years. What's new?

Why does Easter always suck for me?

Well, I'll be off to church in the morning. (I'm a lapsed Baptist) I help hide the eggs and keep an eye on any cheaters. One of these days, I'll buy a cheap gorilla costume, bunny ears, bow tie, cottontail, and hide eggs as the rarely seen, legendary, and friend to all children: EasterRilla! Might even add floppy rabbit feet to round out the ensamble.

I have to dye eggs today. I think I might take a whiteboard marker to one or two.

I have midterms monday, so no time to make/dye eggs this year.

Matt, this whole seasonal look started around the time we celebrate Jesus's birth, and it's still up as we near our morbid celebration of his death (and bunnies). Granted, it would have been cool if 33 years had past in the meantime to really give an outdated look longevity (think parachute pants), but I think if I see Santa again until at least this November, I'm going to go down to my basement, dig out my icicle-shaped holiday lights, and skewer my eyes out. Or just use a spork. A SPORK, Matt, a spork.

Oh yeah, the films in question are:
"Starchaser: Legend of Orin" (obscure 80s cartoon movie)
"Neverending Story III" (Bad sequel to classic film)
"C.H.U.D. 2: Bud the chud" (Standard 80s horror/comedy flick)

Hey Matt,
Any chance we'll see that Jukebox transformed for Halloween music this fall?
For unknown reasons I've spent the day humming the "Ichabod Crane" song from that Disney special.

Didn't dye eggs, but made 48 Devilled Eggs, my specialty. Big lunch tomorrow.
And I think it's kinda funny that the Christmas stuff is still up, even though It's Easter..

I have a large extended family that all lives near one another, and we celebrated Easter today since we couldn't all get together tomorrow. There was a nice big ham and homemade rolls, and in my room, a Dreamcast loaded with bad hacks of Super Mario World. Bad hacks on the TV=best party ever.

I forgot that it's Easter- absolutely NO mention of it here in Korea- its not even marked on calendars...so, no Cadbury Creme Eggs or Mini Eggs for me
It SO doesn't feel like Easter without the chocolate.

HAPPY EASTER!! We are about to dye eggs right now. I will send some pics later.
Erik, forgive me for not saying this sooner: CONGRATULATIONS! Keep us posted.
Finally, I went to the grocery store last night and picked up some of the EPISODE III hoopla items. Corn Flakes, Cheez-its (yuck), Rice Krispie Treats, etc. I am looking forward to X-E's take on the last great SW media blitz of our time.

Well, so far, what I've seen of the Ep III promotions haven't been all that great. For the most part it's just pictures of the characters on the boxes -- that's where the big theme ends.
Hopefully business will pick up soon.
