10/03/2004 Entry: "Van Helsing's Monster Guts."

Ever see those little vats of Monster Guts from the unpopular series of Van Helsing toys? Well, it's in that link if you haven't. They stick eyeballs in every jar!

First?

I'm almost tempted to face the shame of having bought a Ven Helsing toy to get one of those jars. Those are awesome.

Third? Yay. I like slime, especially glowing that tastes good even thougn you're not technically supposed to eat it.

Not really spooky, but definitely gooey. I loved the appearances of George and Deaddo, 'cause how much better can a name get than Deaddo?

i thought i was high, but shit...I thought that survey sounded familiar. oh well. that was a great article. Anything with talking toys and weird goo is automatically tops. those dolls are great.

Somewhat off topic here, but I'm looking for an article I'm pretty sure was written by Matt (my only reason for doubting is that I can't find it on X-E or UGO). It was a list detailing some of Freddy's best kills, or it might have been a review of an Elm Street movie other than the first two... I'm certain it at least covered the girl who tried stabbing Freddy in the armpit.
Anybody know where/what it is?

Have no idea, sorry. But anyway, those monster guts are awesome! I have an urge to go buy some but I'm broke... sad

I guess guts are green. Maybe I should just shut up.

I love your things like this. Where its not so much a review as it is a story. Good job.

".....And there, hanging on the door handle, was a VAN HELSING FIGURE!" Side note: The local Carl's Jr and big Shell station are owned by the same family, so the mini-mart has those tins of VH mints four for a dollar.

Deaddo and George are the next Abbot and Costello.

They are that funny.

You write about Halloween toys like Hendrix played guitar. Seriously.
