Kinglash – any chance the fire and the murder could be connected? I know it sounds far out, but a friend of mine was murdered under somewhat similar circumstances. The perp burned a house down, then waited for police to investigate, then killed my friend as he guarded the crime scene.

Don’t want to get too morbid, but it seems like the dual combo of fire and murder is a little too convenient.

Haha ULTRAMAN, it’s on! :) I am not partial to Blood Elfs, really…I just figure that given WoW’s target audience, a hot female would be more popular than an Orc. Perhaps, however, I am wrong. More awesome would be different bottles of all the races for both Alliance and Horde. Gimme a Dew bottle with my tauren druid cat form on it and you can guarantee I’ll be drinking it all summer.

Oh yeah – my top three bands are:
1. Queen…Rhino, you have awesome taste.
2. Andrew McMahon, who technically was in two bands (Something Corporate and Jack’s Mannequin) so this might be cheating.
3. Huey Lewis and the News

KING JLA: So, I’ve kind of ignored this whole “post the weirdest YouTube vid you can find” contest. I honestly haven’t looked at anything anyone’s put up so far, but I just clicked on that last one and the extreme dichotomy of it has actually prompted a response on my part.

It contained:

1) Something I hate–wrestling.
2) Something I love–morbidity, coffins, general creepiness.

I am now torn. Is this some ploy on your part to lure me in with all the things I love to get me to watch that crap? I won’t be fooled, you know. I won’t.

Dear Mountain Dew,

Remember when you hung out with us on Halloween as Mountain Dew Pitch Black? I sure do. Gee, I sure miss those days. We would go trick or treating together, we’d hang out at costume parties, I’d turn you into a spooky party drink with dry ice. It was great pretending that I had some sort of dark potion, but secretly we both knew you were harmless grape infused Mountain Dew. Remember how purple you were, wow, how spooky.

Anyway, I digress, will you please come back? Remember our friend Matt? He has that website X-E. Anyway, I think if you come back he might come back and I think we can all agree that’s a win/win situation. So, we’re about two weeks away until Halloween products really make a big splash, so how about you start getting spooky and purple, I’ll see you in a few weeks.

Bill: Yeah, Hulu’s awesome. I got hooked on it last year at work. I’d use it to listen to old episodes of Benson and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia while I was working. I’m so glad you brought up The Sentinel! That’s going on my Netflix queue tonight. I haven’t seen that since I was a kid, and loved it back then. What a cast in that. I’m a huge Chris Sarandon fan ever since Fright Night.

I don’t hate this site at all, In fact, I think it’s hilarious. However I believe that it’s incredibly rude of Matt not to recognize that he has a lot of fans. It would take him all of 2 seconds to type, “Sorry I haven’t been around, I’ve been busy but thanks for all the love” or something like that. Ignoring 2500+ posts is just plain inconsiderate.
