I used to get assailed by "where's my item?!" emails all day. For the couple of bucks profit I would make, the hassle wasn't worth it. One time buyer gave me negative feedback the second the auction ended, promising to change it to positive when he received his item. He received his item, but never changed it. Hrrm.
