I went and saw Muppet Babies LIVE! when I was a little kid, and I was so excited b/c I thought we’d finally see the Nanny’s upper body (b/c they only ever showed her striped stockings) but alas, I was let down They only showed LARGER legs with larger stockings.

I just drank the Pepsi Throwback. While it was SLIGHTLY sweeter than the regular stuff, it wasn’t significant enough for me to be bowled over with.
Speaking of the Muppets, I’ve been reading the brand new Muppet Show comic book and it is excellent. It definately has the heart and soul that has been missing from them since Henson died.

Somehow I can’t see the logic in Muppet Baby’s landlord moving his own building to America, only to burn it down, but I guess that’s why I lack the skillz to be an internet tough guy.

As reported in my last post back in the Darkside thread, I was admitted to the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation on Monday, April 6. The therapy wasn’t as bad as I feared. Unfortunately, while I was there, I started running a really high fever and my hemoglobin was really low. After trying and failing to start an IV or a PICC line on me (I have terrible veins), I was sent to Piedmont Newnan Hospital on Monday, April 13. Turns out, I had a urinary tract infection, a touch of e. coli, and God only knows what else. Well, since Monday, I’ve been pumped full of antibiotics, fluids, and blood. I’ve had blood drawn so many times, I look like a junkie, but they deemed me well enough to send me home Saturday…back to my loving wife, my kitty babies, my laptop, and my Tivo. I still may end up going back to Warm Springs. We’ll see. Thanks to all who prayed for me and sent well wishes. I just read all the comments from the last thread…now to read this one. Regarding the topic of tv edited movies from the last thread…my favorite edit? “This is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps!”

In west New Jersey born and raised
In my basement was where I spent most of my days

And all playing some pokemon outside of the school
When a couple of kids who were up to no good
Started fighting battles in my neighborhood
I got in one little duel and my mom got scared
She said “Your gonna start a site for creepy pimply old men-in Belaire”
I whistled for a server and when it came near
The server name said fresh and it had dice in the mirror
If anything I can say this site is rare
But I thought ‘Naw forget it’ – ‘Yo homes to X-E’
I pulled up to the site about 2003
And I yelled to the cabbie ‘Yo homes smell ya later’
I looked at my site
I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the Prince X-E
