I tried the new Cherry Dr. Pepper Dessert Topping tonite on some vanilla ice cream. It wasn’t bad. The cherry was subtle, but the Dr. Pepper flavor was strong. The syrup was also VERY thick. You could probably put it in some soda water and make some real Dr. Pepper with it.

Well, after a look back at the past few blog entries, I saw that Matt made two updates in February (13th and 19th) and two in March (6th and 7th). Then there wasn’t another new post until Aptil 6 (a month later), and finally the one we’re in now, April 28th. Granted, it has been over a month since the last update, BUT-
“I’m alive and unchanged. Seriously, I’ve just been working. A lot. It’s been a less-than-ideal grind and I very much look forward to the current wave passing so I can get back to doing what I love to do best: Nothing, with a side of you.”
This was what he had written on April 6. I would bet $1,000 that that is the reason he has been away. I know quite a few people have mentioned his work was keeping him away, but if we look at the facts, it seems obvious to me that that’s right. He isn’t screwing w/ us. He isn’t going out of his way to piss us off. He hasn’t left us for a younger, blonder site. He’s just busy w/ work. The evidence is right here in the blog. So you people need to chill out on the “Matt’s abandoned us” crap. Let the guy work, and he’ll be back when he has the time.

Ricky – So far the show airs ONLY in Northern Kentucky. I recently got my Ohio broadcast license so I am working on getting it on the air in more KY counties and in Cincinnati. But with all the changes Insight is making in broadcasting I honestly can’t tell you which counties air it at any given moment. We’ll see how it goes.
Chris: I may be able to throw in a few pieces but due to my school schedule can’t commit to contributing regularly (but I do want to give something!). I’ll send anything I do get done and you can post it up as a bonus for that day if you thinks it is worth posting.

Damn it! I just found your website today… google-ing for Saved by the Bell ‘the soundtrack’ free downloads. Your website is amazing! As a product of the 80s/90s, I say… more website, less work! I’ll send you all my 1st, 2nd AND 3rd COMPLETE series of Garbage Pail Kids I painstakingly bought off ebay after my mom confessed she threw out all my old toys when they sold their house. I’m backing it up and love the logo except for the women in bikinis. Ok, maybe that doesn’t sound right, I mean I love women in bikinis just not as part of the summer megaparty.

Matt, we fully understand if you don’t want us doing our own Megaparty, but could you please tell us that directly instead of just deleting our posts without comment?
Hi guys, no personal offense was meant but despite my ludicrously long absence, I’d still like to maintain the basic rule of the comments section not being used for that sorta purpose.
As soon as I fix the MySQL errors that I see all over the place, I’m posting.
No problem, and again, sorry about that. To be truthful I saw a name I didn’t recognize plugging something and started mass deleting, and by the time I saw what was actually happening, it was too late to stop.
Now we can have a little hope that our good buddy Matt may be back with us sooner or later! Hope things are well Matt… you still have one of the best websites on the net!

Glad to see there is a glimmer of hope around these parts again. These are tough times. I am, of course, referring to summer TV when there isn’t jack to watch. However, I’ve got baseball and the My Bloody Valentine 3D blu-ray coming soon to help pass the time. If anybody hasn’t seen it, I totally recommend it as a great B-level slasher flick. Hope all is well…and where the hell is my Ghoul Aid?
