Alyssa, McD’s and Peanuts…doesn’t get much better than that does it? You’re Not Elected Charlie Brown was cute but not one of the better T.V. specials…pretty soon it’ll be time to watch Snoopy make popcorn and pretzels for rude Peppermint Patty and friends inviting themselves over to the Browns’ for Thanksgiving dinner!

LoneStar76, your dream reminds me of when I was in the hospital last month. I had a dream, don’t remember where I was or anything, but there was this beeping, incessant beeping…I woke up and my IV was beeping because it was empty!

Fake-out dreams are fun in retrospect, agonizing in the moment. I’ve had days where it was hours before I realized a book I was reading, place I’d visited, or piece of mail I received didn’t exist, or that a conversation I’d been thinking about had never taken place. I’d just dreamed about them the night before.

Anybody ever get stuck in the fake-out loop where you dream three or four times in a row about waking up and starting the day, only to realize you’re still dreaming? It can take an ugly turn if you start to feel scared.

Yes, thanks for the reminder Matt! I got to watch The Great Pumpkin and in fact even had McDonald’s for dinner while watching it. It was super great. Although I am not a big fan of the “newer” Charlie Brown episodes, I still watched You’re Not Elected Charlie Brown. I can’t remember when they started showing that one right after the great pumpkin, but it seems as if they just started doing that in the last few years.

Matt, thank you for the reminder that Charlie Brown was airing. Somehow I’ve missed it the past several years even though I watch it every year on DVD. It was nice to see it on television again even though i was exhausted from seeing New Kids on the Block in NYC the night before. My sister and I have decided one of my cats looks like Snoopy and are trying to figure out how to dress him up as the World War I Flying Ace for Halloween without him killing and/or hating us.

I once had this wicked cool dream where the entire world was destroyed by evil machines, and me and some other guy where the only people left on Earth. I was so sad when It ended, but I guess that happens to everyone at some point.

I also had a terrible one where I turned into Misty. I woke up and I was like, “WTF?”. Really, really surreal.
