I’m around, and starting SNT the right way-some pumpkin beer and The Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-Ray. I’ve got to stay a little sober for my show later though, alas and alack.
Happy SNT everyone!
Just got back from my local “Spirit” halloween superstore where Talking Pirate Heads are on sale for a mere $19.99! Needless to say I picked one up. Can’t wait to set it up for the kids on Halloween!

I finally found Boo Berry. It’s really not as good as Count Chocula, but the box art is cooler. Also picked up Hulk Hostess cupcakes.

I’m about to “adopt” my WebKinz Buffalo and spend my night chatting with one of my best girlfriends on IM, and I’ll chat with a group of friends later.
Just watching LSU vs. Florida.
I am not a big college football guy but this should be a brew-ha-ha.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Mandi Awwwwww
Pepe Radio really? I clicked on that link. When does it start?
RailPirate Someone posted this link I think it was last weekend, it’s a pretty good guide for Scary movie viewing
What am I doing? Well I have the Craft on my DVR from earlier this week so I am going to FINALLY watch that to catch up lol. I am going to try to attempt to also get some housecleaning done. I flipped between Pretty Woman and the Fly 2 last night. Trippy stuff. AMC has scary movies on every Friday apparently. Or at least for this month? I don’t know, last night was the first time I ever noticed. It’s kind of a tradition of mine to catch Halloween and the third one yes I like that movie on that channel every October.
Time to go walk the theme park. If anyone’s in the Toronto area, check out Halloween Haunt at Canada’s Wonderland….I’m bias as I’m running it, but it really is pretty cool.

Wow, I completely forgot it was Saturday. Time flies.
Has everyone heard of Girl Talk? He’s a laprock DJ who mashes up anything and everything you can think of. Absolutely fantastic. You can download his new album using that wonderful new trend of paying whatever you like for an album at http://www.myspace.com/girltalk.
I went to Target today and got the pack of Hot Wheels cars that Matt wrote about in his last blog entry, as well as the set of Matchbox cars I mentioned in the last comment section. I have absolutely no idea where to put them. We’re running out of room fast with my rediscovery of He-Man. There comes a time when a man must choose between having toys everywhere and having a girlfriend, so the toys are confined to a guest room at the back of the house. Someday we’ll have a bigger place and I’ll have an office of my very own.
As my better half is out of town for the weekend, tonight will be spent catching up on Supernatural and watching [REC]/i>, the Spanish film that Quarantine is based upon. [REC] got fantastic reviews. Quarantine didn’t.
Oh, and I also picked up De Blob for the Wii today. It’s quite fun.
Goob- Thx for the link, I will check it out! Good luck on the house cleaning and if you get a chance look for a movie called Dead Birds on AMC. I don’t know if anyones seen this yet, I thought I did pretty well on keepin up with the latest in horror flicks, but this gem somehow slipped past me until last weekend, def worth a look….
“DeBlob” is awesome isn’t it mysterd8? Most unique platform game I’ve played since the original “Super Mario Bros.”

They just opened up a closer Target to me in the past couple days and holy fuck were they over staffed. I couldn’t walk two feet without people asking me if they could help me find something. They’re Halloween themed cocktail mixes brought a tear to my eye, they did. But I just bought My Little Ponies and the Domo-kun countdown to Halloween calender and of course got challenged to a sword fight with the bf in the Halloween costume accessory aisle.
I also have Frankenberry and Boo Berry cereal which has been measured out into single servings, placed in snack-size ziplock bags and put back in the box. Otherwise I’m liable to fill up a serving bowl with crunchy little ghosts and only consider it a snack.
mysteryd8 An office of your own? So you can fill it up with hotwheels cars and he man? lol!! (now we highlight the words and then click on B I or U for it to work)
Thank you for sharing that page, that guy’s music is inspiring. I downloaded last week a DJ software program called VirtualDJ I want to do that stuff too. I latch onto anything that is creative.
i’m watching feast II: sloppy seconds. has anyone seen this? a disturbing woman beating scene has sort of thrown me out of the movie so far…

It’s all Halloweeened out here. I put orange and purple lights up outside today and am burning my special Halloween blend of candles (patchouli, pumpkin spice, creme brule’ and vanilla caramel) I am feasting on Oktoberfest Samuel Adams and fixing to watch the new Halloween and the House on Haunted Hill 2. Last night the wife was away and I watched the Mist and Dawn of the Dead remake.

Wow, Manimal. This is going to be ugly.
Well, I’m off to a committee dinner. Could someone please shoot me with a mind bullet? I’d appreciate it.
I home again tonight as well; not really understanding the logic of getting a flu shot if it makes you sick So mostly naps and football for me today/tonight.
I tried soooo hard to watch the Gettysburg thing last night but creppy tv+creepy old house+home alone=no sleep and highly disturbed….
But at least the weather is finally starting to look and feel autumn-like; it’s all cloudy and drizzly with a coolness in the air…awesomeness.
You know, I joined some scam-sounding Society of Leadership and Success, and they have SNTs of their own: success something something. We had our first orientation meeting and I didn’t really pay attention, but when I saw SNT big on the screen, I couldn’t help but smile.
SNT save me. Can’t do anything tonight because I have to work tonight from 10pm till…. who the hell knows.
Having a bowl of Count Chocula to pass the time.

Oh Bill you and your trying to socialize with the “normies”. I’ll try to mind melt random images into your head. Yooouuuu will think of a fiiirrreeee hydrant!!
i’m here. i wish i wasn’t. not because i don’t like snt, but it would be nice to be able to leave the house. i will be debbie downer tonight, because i am bored and have invalid depression. happy SNT!!!!
Hey, all! Just doing some chores so I can buy my first batch of Halloween stuff… I’m behind. But I followed this countdown since day one! I’m in the mood… just broke

We just carved a Jack-O-Lantern and roasted some pumpkin seeds. Now I think I’ll start up a horror movie, Midnight Meat Train is on demand for free, sounds as good as anything.
Ghosted by Fox @ 10/11/2008 9:29 PM EDT
MIdnight Meat Train…are you sure that movie is what you think it is?
I want halloween beer. I blew all my spare cash on it last weekend, though, when it was first put on the shelf in this area. Also, the new version of kirby superstars for DS. Good game, but I want beer!

Hellbound: Hellraiser II isn’t that good.
Ghosted by Admiral Backbar @ 10/11/2008 9:38 PM EDT
Watched the original Halloween last night, it is amazing how every scary movie since has been inspired in some way by it. REALLLLLYYYY hard to buy Jamie Lee Curtis as a teenager in that movie though, even at that young age.

Is anyone excited for Sonic Unleashed?
Ghosted by Aaron @ 10/11/2008 9:41 PM EDT
Goob- It starts at 11 PM EST. Sorry for the delay. Nightmare turned into The Corpse Bride (also Blue-Ray, thanks to Amazon) and putting the wee sproutlet to sleep before too long. I’d like to see a Pretty Woman/Fly 2 mash up. Hello YouTube!
I’m all full up on some home-made apple pie we got whilst pumpkin patching today. The Samuel Adams Octoberfest is a nice compliment to it.
drew do- check out the “seasonal” section of the supermarket. That’s where my local shoppes keep the monster cereals.
Admiral Backbar: Hellbound definitely can’t be pointed to as a textbook “good” movie, but man, they don’t make horror movies like that anymore. Growing up as a horror movie fraidy cat, I always saw trailers and assumed that the various films were so much more gory and depraved than they actually were. Hellbound wasn’t — that’s pretty much what I thought all horror movies were like back then.
it`s true..he`s pretty great. Just turned 1 month today AND my one year wedding anniversary is coming up on Halloween It`s been a pretty great couple of months

drew do: you are so right about jamie lee. i think she was born middle aged.
i saw part of a hellraiser movie once, and i was so thoroughly disturbed that i never watched the rest or any other. i always assumed they were just completely depraved. sounds like they might be kinda lame.
that’s how i felt about house of 1000 corpses and the devil’s rejects too. i was almost too afraid to watch them, but now they are my favorites.
i vote slaughter high.
