Just had my first bowl…

*sigh*

…OK, to be honest, it wasn’t a bowl… it was a big plastic Dixie cup, of Christmas Crunch. I used the stupid red Dixie cup because the dishwasher is full and couldn’t stand another bowl. I throw myself on the mercy of the court.

It was damn good! I probably hadn’t had any of the “Crunch” cereals in over a decade. I know as a kid I loved Peanut Butter Crunch, which doesn’t get much of attention around here, so given my rediscovery of just how good this is I can definitely see a box of PBC in my future.

Just wanted to make a comment about the “mouth cutting” abilities of Cap’n Crunch. I soaked mine in milk, while stirring, for about 45 seconds before my first bite. No gum puncturing was the result. I’ve read, from last year’s article, that Matt hates milk, but no one else has an excuse. As long as you give it half a minute to soften up in the milk you are safe from a visit to your local ER or dentist.
