Japan started releasing 'ultimate' versions of the original characters, such as Optimus Prime, which was already brought over here as '20th Anniversary Optimus Prime', and fans have been anticipating Starscream ever since he was released in Japan. The Japanese release, however, was painted an odd teal, so when Hasbro announced they were releasing it here, they specifically stated it would be 'cartoon colors', which made fans VERY happy! They're expensive, limited to stock on hand, and the scalpers have been stripping stores as soon as the Starscreams arrive, so there was really no chance I was going to be able to get one. :) It means ‘Masterpiece’. You know how most of my extra money plus I had to ask for donations for the care of my dying cat? Well, some of the guys on TFW2005 got together and just surprised me with MP Starscream, which I couldn't even DREAM of getting for myself and I've been wanting BADLY for a long time. I'm all crying and shaky and everything 'cause it was so great and SO unexpected and just...was so great of them, and I'm so touched and happy!!!! I just got the BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!!!!!
