I’ve been a reader on and off since the Stile Project days (‘member when that site used to be cool? speak about nostalgia). I came back recently after a few years hiatus and have enjoyed catching up. Great work on this one and the ’86 JCPenney catalog!

I’m glad I found your site. The long time forgotten nostalgia of department store catalogs. Brings back the memories. I remember browsing to the back pages looking at Nintendo NES ads. And those super low, low prices!

seriously, you have it on the dot. i used to actually circle the desired toys in the catalogue and submit it to my parents. i never did get the Flagg though, and i really wanted it, but it did cost a hundred bucks. looked on ebay, its going for 3000 now.
