Special K: Maybe zombies weren’t a draw because for the moment, it’s kinda played out. “28 days Later” of revived it, but after the Dawn of the Dead remake, the zombies… they don’t quite pull like they used to. But you know how it goes. Like the tides…
B-movies should be fun. Be sure to capitalize on Certain drawers,like Rob Zombie’s work, and Leprechaun. That would be fun- hire a pissed off midget to advertise!

George RR Martins’ series is one of the best. Keeping with the Halloween feel, I highly recomend Jim Butchers Dresden Files books. I’m not huge on horror/sci-fi but these are great.

A Song of Ice and Fire comes highly recommended by just about everybody.. It’s by far my favorite series. And I never got into Jordan, either.

I love ELO. I’m not ashamed to admit it. I also love The Moody Blues and Styx. Not ashamed to admit that either. I’m a classic rock junkie.

Well, the ghost hunt was a bust. No one showed up so it was cancelled. The Halloween convention was also a bust, unfortunately. We went several hundred in the hole. But we’ve learned from our mistakes and we’re giving it another shot next year. This time I have actual positions on the planning committee (Assistant to the Chairman, Webmistress and Director of Programming) so maybe next year’s will really take off! I hope so. Our theme is b-movies. This year’s theme was zombies… not sure why that wasn’t more of a draw. Oh, well.

I forgot, we got a spirit halloween store down the highway!!! I gotta go check it out tommorow.I would go right now, but im groggy from percocet for my sinus and nuralgia pain.

Also no Brawl til the 10th of February!!!
