The dolls were apparently called Razzcals, and were made by Matchbox in the late 80s. There isn't much info available online about 'em, but there are some for sale on eBay. I think I might actually dress up this year, I've been looking for a cloak/robe for the whole Hogwarts thing. As for Spike, the only advice I have is that based on cosplay pics I've seen I think teased natural hair looks better than giant green afros.
