I don’t know about you people but I was playing mugen today and I have Talon and Vertigo on it abd I got pretty nostalgic so I pulled out my snes and started playing primal rage.I wish they’d make armadon and diablo for it too.

Hey, anyone else get the new TV channel CHILLER? 24 hours of horror 7 days a week. I just watched Freddy’s Nightmares, Tales from the Darkside, Alfred Hitchcock, and Friday the 13th: The Series. I like their lineup so far, but am disappointed with the movie selection.

Hahaha, yeah, exactly. That would have been great.

I’m sure KH II is great, I mean hell I’ve even played Chain of Memories. It’s just that I knew what they were trying to accomplish with Roxas and I don’t think it quite got there. Then I felt a little better when I got Sora back and had to take down some heartless.

But then Donald said it was exactly as before and I felt kinda bummed because he was right, and in that case, what’s the point? 6 hours of much of nothing isn’t my idea of how to start a game.

Add in the fact that it’s confusing as all hell, and I’ve played Chain of Memories!!! I can’t imagine someone not having played that getting any satisfaction out of the “intro” of II.

Well, I just read the book so I was watching in a different frame of mind, being pre-spoiled and all. The book was very suspenseful…It’s a faithful adaptation, but like I said, they lose some of the subtlety. I don’t know if you can make the translation to a movie without that, because I don’t know how they could have done much of a better job. They got the colors and the sounds just right, you know? I don’t know what the other nerds have said/are saying but I thought it was a solid effort. They picked up from where Sin City got them, I don’t know what more you can ask for.
K-, my PS2 has died since KH…I really haven’t cared up to now but for the first time I wish I still had it so I could play KH II. Yesterday the local rock station was giving out Wii’s and the chance to play it against My Chemical Romance. Too bad you’re not from around here (I don’t think) (and if only it was a PS3, right? )

I was offered the chance to go last night. I chose KH II over it. Maybe that was the wrong decision after all.

For some context. I had just barely any interest in seeing 300 but was not only offered a free ticket but a ticket to see it at imax, which in my area is sold out for the entire weekend. So as someone who was just going in expecting a mostly mindless action flick, I didn’t walk out disappointed. It’s not often I go to a movie I wasn’t intrigued by and come out thinking it was in the good level (I’m very harsh and picky on movies).

I do know that this movie has gotten some really big hype though and have been personally sick of hearing people anticipate it. Maybe those people will be happy with it but I think for them it may as well likely be a disappointment. So expect “the great internet nerd uproar of 07″ early this year!
