omfg I knew before i clicked that that was gonna be your favorite. Why? Because it’s the only episode I remember. And in fact an episode that I saw I believe on Halloween the year it aired. We continue to be seperated at birth.

Yeah, today felt kinda nice. Afterglow, if you will. Played Halloweentown in Chain of Memories. Good times.

I’m pretty sure I’m ready for holiday half-time (i.e., Thanksgiving), though. Looking forward to our Jones party. To Black Friday. Standing outside of Best Buy, freezing my butt off with 500 other people at 5 am. God, I love Black Friday. Conditioned-Capitalistic Pleasure: How I adore thee, let me count the ways.

I mean, it’s supposedly to buy stuff for other people, but I’m going to make a shocking confession: It’s for me.

Happy Birthday KINGKLASH!! Hope it’s a good year for you.

I spent Halloween at a birthday party- my friend turned 24. We BBQ’ed ribs on the patio, played Texas Hold Em and watched the hockey game. Good times.

I am also anxious for Xmas, but I want to wait a little longer before jumping into the season completely. My b-day is Nov. 10th, so I usually wait until after that…and put up the tree before November is over!

I loved Halloween, but am soo ready for Turkey Day. Thanksgiving has to be my favorite holiday. I am making beer can turkey this year. I may have to make a tester one this weekend befor the big to-do.

Kick ass! Thought I was the only one who remembered that episode. I saw it at the tender age of 9 when it first aired and it disturbed the shit out of me. I loved that show as a kid but it gave me a lot of sleepless nights. You’re so right about that opening sequence – all those beautiful, tree-lined landscapes just got all dark and twisted. My family had just moved to a new house in a new state when I discovered Tales from the Dark Side. It was my first night in our new place and somehow that sense of dislocation seemed to make it all the more creepy. Good stuff, man. Great way to wrap up Halloween ’06 and I’m already looking forward to next year.
