I don’t feel good either. It must be my Birthday Curse. :|

But, at least you posted something. :) Hope you feel better in the AM, Matt.

You bet buddy. Get to feeling better.

As a make-it-up, can we see what Knacks and Kuse have been up to all summer? ;)

Or even a better question…..WHO…IS…FEITO?

Chestnuts roasted by ColonelCatsup @ 08/24/2006 11:45 PM

Weren’t you sick recently? Do you think that it’s the same thing? Maybe your body fought it off for a while but it stayed in your system, might need some antibiotics, though if it’s a virus you’re screwed, it was nice knowing ya matt. Thanks for posting though, anything is better than nothing, hope you’ll be feeling better soon!

Yesss! You’ve been doing a really good job, and even posting tonight you’ve kept your promise.

I’m actually getting a cold, probably from relocating from Long Island to NYC. So I’m not feeling too hot either. Germmmmmmmmms. :(

Chestnuts roasted by Denise @ 08/24/2006 11:48 PM

Aw, I hope you feel better soon!

Chestnuts roasted by Christine @ 08/24/2006 11:48 PM

Sorry. My comment got cut off for making a heart.
You only said you’d post every day; not that you’d always be posting articles. You posted, so you don’t owe us anything. ;)

Chestnuts roasted by Christine @ 08/24/2006 11:49 PM

Sorry for the near double post but, Knegative, I think he was just joking. Chill dude.

Chestnuts roasted by Darth Poop @ 08/24/2006 11:50 PM

I’d feel better if there were ewoks in the next post ;)

I know I posted this in the last one, but I believe this is important.

Matt and Everyone else interested, this is a direct copy from Aint it cool News dot Com.

In advance of its release on DVD, Wes Craven’s original Freddy Krueger horror flick A Nightmare on Elm Street will be shown in 124 theaters across the country for two days only, Sept. 20 and 21, New Line announced Wednesday. In addition to the digitally remastered film, the theaters will be showing a reel of “Freddy’s Best Kills,” from seven Krueger sequels.

They better have the Johnny Depp Death scene where enough blood shoots out of his mattress to fill the red sea.

Well you will just have to feel better then. Until you are well I’m sure we can all find something to talk about.

I have a couple o questions that I hope someone on the thread can answer:

1. Does anyone know the name and artist of a certain song (I don’t know much about the song) that contains the line “All I can say / Is that my life is pretty plain”?

2. This is a trivia question: What is the first movie to be promoted using a McDonald’s Happy Meal? (Hint: it was NOT a Disney movie!)

Chestnuts roasted by Thomas @ 08/25/2006 12:02 AM

Thomas – That song is Blind Melon’s “No Rain”

Chestnuts roasted by Ryane @ 08/25/2006 12:05 AM

Thomas the song is No Rain by Blind Melon. Bee girl and shit.

Poop I appreciate the apology.

Chestnuts roasted by Knegative @ 08/25/2006 12:05 AM

Joker, that’s pretty cool. My only guess behind this run is McFarlane’s release of his latest project: 3D movie posters. They look AWESOME. His first two that he revealed was the Alien poster and, obviously, Nightmare on Elm Street (the better of the two, in my opinion). The poster are not only 3D, but glow as well. I’ll have to check the paper next month.

Chestnuts roasted by ColonelCatsup @ 08/25/2006 12:06 AM

Thanks, Ryane and Knegative! I’ve heard that song so many times and I always manage to miss when they say the artist or title on the radio.

Chestnuts roasted by Thomas @ 08/25/2006 12:08 AM

Thomas, I want to say that it sounds like Pink Floyd, from Dark Side of the Moon, I believe. Or that could be completely wrong?
I just saw a commercial for Rome on DVD! I’ve already seen it at Blockbuster, plus I watched it all on OnDemand recently but it still made me want to run out and buy it.

Chestnuts roasted by squee4242 @ 08/25/2006 12:10 AM

Damn it I knew that was wrong. This is why there’s a refresh button :P

Chestnuts roasted by squee4242 @ 08/25/2006 12:13 AM

It counts.

Chestnuts roasted by Joker @ 08/25/2006 12:23 AM
