It’s never too late for SNT. Although I’m liable to crash out at any moment. Easter is tiring. What with all the grass fires and family and cheesecake and the like. Blarg.

Grass fires?!

I’d just like to say that I’ve been successful is covering my hands in egg dye. Yay Easter!

Chestnuts roasted by Mystie @ 04/15/2006 10:34 PM

Should I watch Saturday Night Live tonight?

Chestnuts roasted by LuLu @ 04/15/2006 10:35 PM

I miss dyeing easter eggs – damnit it was so fun… I should make some sort of vegan easter egg coloring kit. That would rock :)

My previous plan of finding wooden eggs to paint kinda fell by the wayside. Besides, it’s not the same as coloring.

I wonder whatever happened to Vegan Mike? :(

Just finished watching King Kong on DVD. That’s probably one of my top 8 favorite movies.

"Should I watch Saturday Night Live tonight?"

It’s Lindsay Lohan hosting for the third time in less than three years.

Yay, my first SNT.

SNL = Lindsey Lohan and Pearl Jam. It’s always worth to watch the first part… sometimes they surprise you. It seems like a movie night. I just watched Magnolia, and Se7en for the first time… Oh yea. Pleasure overload.

It’s never too late for SNT, WOO!

Alright, good night everyone.

Chestnuts roasted by dohopoki @ 04/15/2006 11:03 PM

You could always buy plastic eggs and paint them with regular paint, Ryane.

BTW anyone catch JLU tonight?

I think I’m gonna have a Coke Blak tomorrow morning.

Chestnuts roasted by Paul @ 04/15/2006 11:11 PM

On Easter Unwrapped on Food Network, they profiled a guy who makes Peeps sculptures.

I’m watching SNL.

Chestnuts roasted by JLAJRC @ 04/15/2006 11:13 PM

I made cookies to give my uncle for Easter and to thank him for taking me out to dinner for my birthday. Then I’m going to pass out. I’ve been going all day, and I’m not used to long hours at work anymore.

SNL has been pure garbage since 1996, IMO. There was a slight glimmer of hope when Amy Poehler joined the cast, but it soon faded.

Chestnuts roasted by Somethin' Funny @ 04/15/2006 11:18 PM

Sometimes SNL throws us some entertainment (i.e Natalie Portman). But yea, it definitly sucks. But I watch anyway, hoping for a moment.

Chestnuts roasted by Mattman @ 04/15/2006 11:21 PM

saturday night live hasn’t been since that one time, when well.. they were actually funny.. – you remember the time, don’t you?

does anybody wish they were a kid again so we could score an easter basket full of goodies and rejoice?

Chestnuts roasted by Review the World @ 04/15/2006 11:23 PM

Haha. My basket is on the dining room table and full of pink plastic grass. The Easter Bunny is bringing me goodies. Maybe you’ve just been a naughty boy and the Easter Bunny isn’t bringing you anything.

PBBBTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!

Chestnuts roasted by Mystie @ 04/15/2006 11:28 PM

Hey, I’m still scoring that basket, with a little bit of Kingdom Hearts II on the top. I love my parents, err giant rabbit, guy/jesus.

Chestnuts roasted by Mattman @ 04/15/2006 11:28 PM

Well we got the marble dying set, the glitter dying set and then some other set…none of them are really worth anything.

Hey Matt maybe you could do an summary of the most crapass Easter Egg Dye kits out there and how they turned out.

Chestnuts roasted by rimmie @ 04/15/2006 11:40 PM

SNL isn’t funny right now. But I think Chris Rock said it best when he hosted a number of years ago: SNL is funny for a while, then it sucks for a while. Then it gets REALLY funny for a while, then it REALLY SUCKS for a while. Etc. It’s an endless cycle.

Chestnuts roasted by Cameron T. @ 04/15/2006 11:41 PM

I will always watch snl, I think. I just wish Comedy Cental still played old reruns, the ones on E! just aren’t the same. And dang, Pearl Jam is worth watching it for tonight.
On another random note, I just got back from watching the Twins beat the Yankees. I don’t join in fully in the extreme hate and jeering of NY during the game, but it is something to see it live when they get beat.

Chestnuts roasted by kb @ 04/16/2006 12:00 PM

I gave up cookies for lent, and I made sure to stay up until midnight so I could eat the delicious Tagalongs my mother brought me yesterday. All this, only to discover that somehow, they are "peanut butter patties" with 0 grams of trans fat and GROSS.

So not worth it.

Chestnuts roasted by Jessica Marie @ 04/16/2006 12:08 PM

I miss Easter baskets and egg dying, I bought two egg kits today at work and have since lost the spirit, I guess cause I don’t have anyone to do them with me. =/ I still enjoy the candy and novelties(plush peeps!)though.

Chestnuts roasted by Realm @ 04/16/2006 12:16 PM

Well, I may eat my words, because I thought the cartoon by robert Smigel and the digital short were both hilarious. The rest of the show is still not that funny, though…

Chestnuts roasted by Cameron T. @ 04/16/2006 12:21 PM

I dyed eggs. It was cool.
