Hey Matt, while attending the Great New York State Fair this weekend, I met another "World's Smallest Woman", in a similar yet more scaled down little house (and a near-identical really grizzled old black man taking tickets). It was NOT Gloria, the woman you photographed. Instead, it was a middle aged Haitian woman, who appeared to be a bit bigger than Gloria (her name is "Elizabeth" they said.) I was rather disappointed in the whole thing. She barely spoke English as was pretty rude, I was having problems with my digicam and she kept waving at me to just leave, even though I paid her a dollar to take her picture. I did get one though. It serves its purpose, but I'm still not sure how I feel about it. It either incinerates the marshmellow or barely heats it.
