My family opted for the 'distuingished' kind, so basically only red and silver balls, and yellow lights. It's probably the most depressing tree we ever had. Mine is somewhat similar, except it still manages to stand upright. It's actually LOADED with ornaments my sister and I made as a child. One is a Santa Claus that looks all too similar to Hitler. Which is ironic, since I'm half Jewish. But nothing says Christmas like a completely loaded Christmas tree. :) What an awesome tree.
