The logo branding on the pics is a little obtrusive in places. It would be great if they could be a bit smaller. It was especially annoying on the knight rider bike pic. Sorry Matt.
I love the halloween countdown. I for one don’t care if you are exactly on time as long as you write an entry for each day because so far they have been really hilarious. I loved Bleeding Head Man!

Just wanted to note that Mumm-Ra also had light up eyes. (Not the one that came with the tomb fortress, this was his going-into-battle-until-I-run-into-a-mirror Mumm-Ra.) Later releases of Lion-O came with a Snarf figurine (I have that one), in scale, while Mumm-Ra came with Ma-Mutt (didn’t get that one).

I had the lite-up Lion-o (thats a lot of -’s) and I remember that you had to press REALLY hard on the spring looking thing in his back to get his eyes to lite up…
Yeah! Are you going to be on I LOVE THE 80′S: STRIKES BACK?! or did VH1 dump you like a bunch of jerks and I will boycott viacom forever??

It would be mad sweet if Matt was on the new I Love the 80s, instead of having Michael Ian Black and Hal Sparks forcing me to punch the TV. Even Mo Rocca is annoying, and I like Mo Rocca… we need Matt, to, you know, make it good.

I am hoping that Matt is teaming up with VH1 for his own show. I would like something in the vein of "Video Power"( http://www.nesplayer.com/television/vidpower_files/power.htm ) with Matt hosting and talking to collectors and X-E celebrities, and then he could have animated segments done on the cheap.
MTV gave some teen, with a prior New York City public access show based around his nostalgic collection of stuff, a shot for a while in the mid-Nineties. He had the likes of Janeane Garofalo on to talk about things like his Jimmie "J.J." Walker doll. They taped the show in his room.

"ME" are you sure that your not thinking of Waynes World?
Seriously though, nice to see someone mention Video Power, I haven’t seen or heard anything to do with that show in like, a decade, so thanks for the link!
Speaking of TC toys..for whatever reason I remember the original line didn’t include Wiley Kit & Kat; except for two rubber figures that were packaged with Tigra(Kat) and Cheetara(Kit). Later on they had their own real action figures made, but the rubber statue-like ones were the first. Hm, wonder what this rubber Wiley Kat is worth?

"Lossenelin," I was not thinking of Wayne Campbell. Matt could probably find what the name of that show was through VH1 if he was interested in a one of his predecessors. The show was not that good, but it gave me hope that if that guy could get a show on MTV through public access then anyone could; see Tom Green.
"This is the commercial in which they have the sacred of sacred, holy of holies *TAN M&M*!"
I once dated a girl that was on a one-woman campaign to bring back the tan M&M’s coz they were the exact same colour as her hair.

Yes, I rember Matt saying he had a meeting with VH1 back in late august early september. Still no Matt on strikes back. So what was the meeting about, consultant? top secret project? Chris Jericho is on it though, which is cool.
