New Article: The Ecto Cooler Bible!

New Article: Remember when I said that the last time I mentioned Ecto Cooler would actually be the last time? I lied. I think you'll forgive me for it though, as this article tells all there is to know about the drink that's captured our imagination for all these many years. You'll see everything from the original commercial to a final word on what's the true current Hi-C flavor that serves as a new Ecto Cooler, all wrapped in a big tangerine-colored article littered with pics of Slimer and his slimy drink. Oh, there's a part where I claim to have ran to the grocery store to clean out their stock of Hi-C's "Shoutin' Orange Tangergreen."

I wasn't kidding.

I would, but…it was inevitable. You knew they would just send you the form letter. They’re probably so sick of people asking about Ecto Cooler that they’ll stop spending the time to send even that soon.

My sincerest thanks to whoever in the Fairfax, Va area who skillfully hid the last pack of Tangergreen at safeway. The hunt was fun and the rewards, well, rewarding!

Point of advice-
DO NOT mix Ecto Cooler/Tangergreen and vodka. Not even the vodka with citrus flavor already mixed in. It tastes bloody terrible.

Please save yourself the agony and just use orange juice or Squirt.

I don’t know what to do. I’ve now gone to 5 different stores, most in the Baltimore area, and not a single one had Orange Tangergreen. All of them had the Hi-C juice boxes, one of them even had like 7 different flavors, but none of them had magnificent Ecto Cooler. I’ve searched Giant, Safeway, Rite Aid, etc. and I don’t know where to go next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Super K Mart is the only place around here where I’ve found them.

Kroger, Foodland, Food Lion, Shop ‘n Save, and Giant Eagle all don’t have it.
